Last Week with The Noffert Group

Let’s give a huge round of applause to Gavin and Brandon for absolutely crushing it with the launch of Call Nights at the office! These two showed up, suited up (okay, maybe not literally ), and dialed into major momentum with conversations that are already building massive pipeline opportunities. The agents who work the hardest now? They’re the ones celebrating the biggest wins 90 days from today. We see you two putting in the WORK—and we already know your businesses are about to skyrocket!

We also had Fourth of July fun across Kansas on Friday! There were firework shows galore, but let’s be honest… we were a little too caught up in the fun to snap good pics. That is—except for Gavin, who shared some sweet moments under the stars with his grandson. His family is so lucky to have a guy like him—present, joyful, and just the best kind of person.

And let’s not forget—congrats to Ryan on getting his buyers to the finish line and CLOSED last week! Another happy family in a new home thanks to your hard work and dedication.

🕹️ We also hosted an awesome Client Appreciation Event at The Arcade —and WOW, did we have fun! From Pac-Man and Tetris to shooting games and racing showdowns, the competition (and the laughter) was nonstop. It was such a blast spending time with our amazing clients and celebrating everything we’ve built together.

Our very own Brionne is the Volunteer Chair for the entire Juneteenth ICT committee, and several of our agents jumped in to serve the community alongside her. Last week at The Noffert Group was one for the books!

We kicked off the weekend a little early with our Team Reset Meeting — realigning, setting big goals, and making powerful plans for the second half of 2025!

Then… it was time for some well-deserved fun with our very first cookout!
Huge shoutout to our grill master, Brandon, our amazing crew who make work feel like family, and our newest honorary team member — the Ninja Slushi machine!

BUT… she’s still in need of a name!

What. A. Week.

Last week in Wichita was a wild one — we saw flood-level rains, roads turning into rivers, and YES... even some water sneaking its way into our office! But you know what? Not even a little indoor splash could dampen our spirits because we had SO MUCH to celebrate!

Our new yard signs arrived and they are absolutely STUNNING! You’ll be seeing them in yards all over town — keep your eyes peeled, and if you spot one, snap a pic and tag us!

Our building signage is officially UP! Seeing "The Noffert Group | LPT Realty" on that monument sign gave us all the feels. It’s more than a name on a wall — it’s a symbol of how far we’ve come and where we’re going next.

Even with soggy shoes and stormy skies, your favorite real estate team kept pushing forward with grit, gratitude, and a whole lot of group chat GIFs.

We swapped open houses for open ranges and had an absolute blast (literally!) at Rainier Arms with some of our favorite people.

Huge thanks to Rick & Darryk with Guild Mortgage for partnering with us for this unforgettable event — from firearms to food (shoutout to Jersey Mike’s!), you helped make it an epic day of learning, bonding, and straight-up FUN.

Our team came out strong — whether it was Taylor trying her first shot ever, Brionne living her best Barbie baddie life, or Harrison and his bride-to-be giving us couple goals.

We laughed, we learned, we leveled up. Because that’s what TNG does — in real estate and in life.

BIG things are happening over here at The Noffert Group!

Our signage is officially going up at our new office, and we are LOVING our space! We’ve felt nothing but support and encouragement since moving to our new brokerage, LPT Realty—and we have to say, the people here have been absolutely amazing.

We’re also thrilled to see our brand-new yard signs arriving and already hitting lawns all over town! Keep an eye out for them—and if you see one, snap a pic and tag us! We’d love to see where they’re popping up!

Special shoutout to Will King for dropping by and blessing us with an incredibly delicious lunch from Cheddar’s! We were so caught up enjoying it (and soaking in the wisdom he shared with our agents!) that we forgot to grab a good photo—but trust us, our bellies and brains were both grateful!

We’re feeling SO excited, SO grateful, and SO ready for all that’s ahead! Let’s go, TNG fam!

Whew! What a week it's been! The school year wrapped up for many of our team members' kiddos, and this week finishes it out for the rest — so to say it's been BUSY is an understatement!

We’ve been celebrating graduations (shoutout to Teresa, Brionne’s amazing girlfriend, and Zoey, Kim’s sweet niece), squeezing in field trips to the zoo , and showing up to serve our community at the Kansas Food Bank for REALTOR® Volunteer Days!

We also hit a major milestone as a team — we are now officially ALL moved over to LPT Realty and beginning to settle into our gorgeous new office space

Keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming "housewarming party" invite — we can’t wait to welcome you in and show off our new space!
